Responsible

Develop high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.

Create engaging visuals, videos, and copy aligned with brand voice.

Plan and manage a content calendar.

Stay updated with content trends and platform updates.

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads)

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

Manage advertising budgets effectively.

Track KPIs (engagement, conversions, reach, CTR, etc.)

Prepare performance reports and insights.

Adjust strategies based on data analysis.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Google Analytics.

Social media management experience.

Proven experience in content creation and digital advertising.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

Experience with advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)

Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Analytical mindset with understanding of performance metrics.

Fluent in written and spoken English with strong copywriting and communication skills.
