Responsible

Responsible for all sales activities to sell project units represented by The Nest Property.

Advise local and international clients on market conditions,property requirements and other concerns.

Achieve sales target, expand new prospects and business opportunities.

Manage and support clients' requirements,contracts,payment channels etc.

Report to Sales Manager (daily,weekly and monthly-basis)

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 3 - 7

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in any related fields.

At least 3 years of residential sales experience.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Thai and English.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team.

Able to relocate to work at assigned locations in Suanluang area.

Able to work 6 days per week.
