Responsible

  • Strategic & Operational Management: Organize and oversee the efficient daily operation of a Contact Center team of 17 staff.
  • Sales & KPI Achievement: Achieve and ensure the consistent fulfillment of sales targets, monitoring service quality, and KPI compliance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and motivate the team, providing training and feedback to build a strong, effective, and high-performing culture.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement internal processes and call scripts to optimize efficiency and service.
  • Growth & Analysis: Oversee the expansion and scaling of the Contact Center, along with reporting and analyzing performance (KPI analytics) for continuous improvement.
  • Qualification

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Contact Center Manager or Supervisor.
  • Proven Project and People Management experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Proficient knowledge of Contact Center KPIs, People Management, and Project Management.
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 Level or Higher).
  • Strong Team Management and Communication Skills.
  • Exceptional Critical Thinking and Analytical Thinking.
  • Adept at Conflict Resolution.
  • High level of Responsibility and Proactivity.
