Conduct company due diligence.

Handle company registration and amendment of company details.

Manage registration under the US-Thai Treaty of Amity.

Prepare and submit FBL and BOI applications.

Obtain necessary business licenses.

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 3 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Must have full working rights in Thailand.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university.

At least 3 years of experience delivering corporate legal services.

Thai lawyer license required.

Notarial services license preferred.

Passionate about working in a diverse and international team environment.

Competent, highly responsible, and self-motivated.

Excellent presentation skills.
