Business Development & Client Negotiation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead and participate in key commercial negotiations with clients.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to develop and present compelling, customized solutions to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Thai solar industry to identify opportunities and risks.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of sales and management experience, specifically within the new energy/solar PV industry.

Established network and existing business resources/experience within the Thai local market are essential.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

Proficiency in English and Thai is required.

Proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.
