PRE-OPENING STAGE (Planning & Setup) - Develop standard operating procedures for live show flow and stage operations. - Collaborate with Programming and Artist Relations to align on run-of-show structures. - Coordinate with Production Manager on equipment layouts, backline positioning, and safety protocols. - Train stage crew and backline technicians on workflow and communication processes. - Set up communication systems (radios, cues, comms boards) for real-time event management. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Opening Operations) - Manage live stage operations during events, from artist soundcheck to end of show. - Maintain and enforce the run-of-show timeline, making adjustments when necessary. - Coordinate between Artist Relations, Production, and Backline to ensure smooth artist transitions. - Cue performers, DJs, and special acts at the correct times. - Ensure stage is clear, safe, and prepared for each performance. - Act as the first point of contact for all on-stage emergencies or technical issues. - Provide feedback to Production Manager after events for continuous improvement. ---

- 5+ years in stage management for concerts, festivals, or clubs. - Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-artist schedules. - Familiarity with live sound, lighting, and technical systems. - Experience working with high-profile artists and their crews. - Fluent in English; Thai preferred for coordination with local crew. - - Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and extended event hours. - Strong problem-solving and adaptability to last-minute changes. - High level of professionalism and discretion when working with artists.
