PRE-OPENING STAGE (Planning & Setup) - Design and develop the launch collection of costumes aligned with Fvture’s opening themes. - Source fabrics, costume houses, and local/international suppliers. - Recruit freelance costume assistants or seamstresses as needed. - Build a costume management system for tracking inventory, cleaning, and repairs. - Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure designs fit brand identity and storytelling. - Work with Performance Coordinator to ensure costumes support choreography and movement. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Opening Operations) - Manage performer wardrobes for every event, ensuring costumes are show-ready. - Design and introduce new costume pieces for seasonal updates. - Supervise fittings, tailoring, and adjustments for all performers. - Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and storage of costumes. - Handle quick changes and costume prep backstage during live events. - Work with Makeup & Styling Team to create cohesive looks. - Manage costume budget, sourcing, and procurement.

- 4–6 years in costume design, fashion styling, or wardrobe management. - Experience working in nightlife, theater, dance, or entertainment productions. - Portfolio of costume or fashion design projects. - Fluent in English; Thai preferred for working with local suppliers. - Background in fashion, costume design, or related arts education a plus.
