PRE-OPENING STAGE (Planning & Setup) - Develop styling guidelines and mood boards in collaboration with the Creative Director. - Source professional makeup kits, hairstyling tools, and accessories. - Recruit freelance makeup artists and stylists to cover large-scale events. - Test looks for launch season performers to ensure durability under live performance conditions. - Establish backstage styling workflow for show prep and quick changes. ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Opening Operations) - Provide makeup and hairstyling for all performers before and during shows. - Collaborate with Costume Designer to ensure cohesive looks between costumes and makeup. - Manage quick-change looks backstage under time-sensitive conditions. - Refresh and innovate looks seasonally, aligned with Fvture’s themes. - Maintain inventory of styling products, tools, and kits. - Train junior stylists or freelance assistants on Fvture’s creative standards. - Support PR and Content teams during photoshoots, ensuring visual consistency.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

- 3–5 years as a professional makeup artist, stylist, or hair/makeup designer. - Experience in nightlife, theater, dance, fashion shows, or entertainment events. - Portfolio showcasing makeup and styling work. - Fluent in English or Thai; bilingual preferred for coordination with multicultural teams. - Formal training in makeup or styling a plus.
