Responsible

Manage daily operations in Lazada / Shopee / TikTok Shop seller center (listing setup, price adjustment, inventory update)

Create, optimize and update product listings including title, attributes, keywords, selling points & conversion elements

Coordinate with design / content team to produce and upload product photos & short videos aligned to brand tone

Monitor platform traffic performance, analyze data & improve listing CTR / CVR / GMV

Plan and manage platform promotions & campaigns (double days, mega sales, flash sales, vouchers, bundles)

Track competitor brands weekly (pricing strategy / packaging / sale execution) and provide insight reports

Prepare weekly performance reports for management review

Monitor customer feedback (reviews / Q&A) and ensure store reputation improvement

Support brand exposure tasks when needed

Qualification

Gender : Not specified

Age(Yr) : 19 - 30

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lazada / Shopee / TikTok Shop seller center operations (backend setting, listings, campaigns, ads)

Ability to create/optimize product listings: photos, titles, keywords, attributes, selling points

Understanding of platform keyword traffic logic (search ranking, tags, trending search terms)

Able to monitor inventory, pricing, promotion period, vouchers & bundles

Experience in managing platform campaigns (Lazada Mega Campaign, Shopee Double Day, TikTok Flash Sale etc.)

Able to analyze store data & marketing metrics — CTR, CVR, GMV, average basket size, traffic source

Able to coordinate with social media content team to align product content → brand messaging
