Responsible

  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the MD when required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
