Responsible

Data Gathering: Collect and compile data related to financial transactions, client information, and other relevant AML documentation from various internal and external sources. We have a format available that can be used for customers and suppliers in different regions. Data storage is done in DISI CRM system.

Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of AML data by conducting regular internal audits and reviews of data sources and collection methods.

Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks associated with money laundering activities, providing insights to the CFO and compliance team.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation showcasing findings, trends, and compliance metrics to support the AML compliance initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and compliance officers at IGC entities (Antwerp, New York, Hong Kong, Chicago) to understand data requirements and fulfill AML reporting obligations.

Database Management: Maintain and update CRM database related to AML compliance, ensuring that they are secure, accessible, and up to date.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of AML policies and procedures regarding data collection and management.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance-Banking, Business law, Economics or related field

Fluent in English (all skills)

Good understanding and experience with data collection and data analysis

Proficiency in managing and maintaining database systems

Experience in ISO9001 document control systems and compliance audits
