Serve as first-contact via phone and email from users and can perform remote support.

Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues with escalation to second-tier engineer. (if needed)

Handle and close service tickets according to company and service standards.

Summarize data for supporting the monthly report and Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Thai nationality, Experience 1 years or more in IT Support/Helpdesk

Good Communication for TH/EN and Excellent Service Mind, able to deal with customers and clients of various nature.

Works well with a team and can work under pressure

Positive mindset when dealing with various aspects of users, customers, and team members.

Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure.

Basic Knowled in Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure.
