Responsible
Work closely with the sales department to understand sales goals and requirements, and develop corresponding annual and monthly marketing strategies and activities.
Conduct industry market research: Conduct research on industry overall size, competitor analysis, industry trend forecasting, and other relevant aspects.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing offline and online marketing activities, including exhibitions, conferences, promotional events, etc., to increase brand exposure and market share.
Establish communication and collaboration with the customer marketing team, jointly plan and execute online and offline activities, ensure the smooth progress of activities, and provide timely updates on the latest market information from ZKTeco, seeking opportunities for market activity collaboration.
Adjust website SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies, review SEM reports provided by media companies, and generate website analysis reports on a monthly basis, combining with website operations.
Collect information on local competitors' and customers' online and offline marketing activities; gather industry trends for the current month; regularly share and discuss with sales personnel to explore promotional opportunities.
Maintain close communication with product managers to gather information on local competitors' products, and compile monthly summaries.
Prepare monthly market reports, analyze and summarize market activities and sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions.
Identify suitable advertising opportunities and develop advertising channel strategies.
Plan and coordinate local promotional materials design.
Manage local procurement and management of gifts.
Manage and track local market expenses.
Manage department personnel, including recruitment, training, goal setting, etc., to ensure effective teamwork and individual development.
