Partner & Store Management: Oversee operational excellence at active storefronts and collaborate with partners to ensure all procedures align with Dr.PONG’s brand standards.

Tour Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese tour agencies and guides to attract tourist traffic; handle negotiations regarding agreements and incentive programs.

Sales & Growth Strategy: Analyze sales performance by branch and develop promotional activities in collaboration with agencies or partners to achieve sales targets (KPI: SSSG).

On-site Operation & Quality Control: Ensure optimal stock levels, effective merchandising, and high-quality service standards of partner staff to be tour-ready at all times.

Reporting & Feedback Loop: Provide comprehensive reports on Chinese tourism market trends and partner feedback to refine retail strategies with the Head of Retail.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Travel Retail. (Experience in dealing with Chinese tour agencies or the tourist market is highly preferred).

Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (Business Level) with the ability to conduct professional negotiations effectively.

Network: Existing connections within the Chinese tour agency network or tourism-related industries will be considered a significant advantage.

Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of tourism market dynamics, including commissions, incentives, and group booking mechanisms, with a results-oriented approach.

Proactive & Problem Solver: Highly motivated with strong situational problem-solving skills to manage on-site operations between stores and travel agencies.
