Lead and manage the Sales Support / Proposal / Tender team to ensure high performance and efficiency

Analyze client requirements and support the sales team in developing technical solutions (e.g., heavy lifting, heavy transport, installation)

Oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness

Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement teams to define project scope, costing, and feasibility

Develop and validate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and margin analysis

Conduct risk assessments related to project execution and commercial terms

Support client presentations and participate in technical and commercial meetings

Develop and standardize proposal templates, pricing models, and workflows

Monitor sales pipeline and report progress and key metrics to management

Build team capability through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing

Ensure all proposals and solutions comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related fields)

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales Support, Proposal Engineering, Project Engineering, or Business Development within heavy transport, heavy lifting, or related industries

Strong understanding of heavy transport, lifting operations, installation, or project logistics is highly preferred

Experience in cost estimation, pricing, and risk assessment

Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and Chinese

Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
