คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Proven experience in Sales or Project Management within the HVAC or Cleanroom/Purification system industry.

Strong familiarity with core equipment and Engineering Logic for the design and construction of dust-free workshops (Cleanrooms).

Direct experience in contamination control, cleanroom design, or maintenance.

Expertise in Key Account Development and high-level business negotiations, with the ability to lead contract signings independently.

Management Skills: Experience in leading a sales team, including goal setting (KPIs), Coaching, performance monitoring, and systematic evaluation.

Project Lifecycle Understanding: Proficient in all project stages, including Bidding, Planning, Delivery, and Acceptance.

Result-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Excellent market analysis and risk management skills.

For High-Potential Candidates: Candidates without direct experience but possessing High Learning Agility (Fast Learner) and a strong passion for the engineering sector are also welcome to apply.
