Plan Implementation: Decompose monthly production plans, monitor the progress of production tasks, and ensure on-time delivery rate ≥ 98%

On-site Control: Lead the implementation of 5S management and standardized safety production in the workshop, regularly organize on-site inspections, and promote closed-loop rectification of problems.

Quality Assurance: Monitor production process quality indicators (such as first-pass yield, rework rate), coordinate with the quality department to handle anomalies, and promote continuous improvement.

System Maintenance: Ensure the effective operation of management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 in the workshop, and cooperate with internal and external audits.

Team Building: Organize team skills training and on-the-job drills to improve employee operational standardization and the proportion of multi-skilled workers.

Resource Coordination: Collaborate with the technology, procurement, and logistics departments to solve production anomalies such as material shortages and equipment failures, and ensure continuous operation of the production line. 4. Continuous Improvement and Data Management

Lean Improvement: Analyze production waste (such as waiting and handling) using tools like 5 Whys, 5 Whys 2 H, and PDCA, and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions.

Data Reporting: Compile monthly production summary reports and output key indicator analyses such as capacity utilization and equipment OEE.

Experience: More than 5 years of production management experience in the manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with experience in the automotive parts/filter industry.

Strategic Execution: Possess the ability to schedule production plans, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Lean Thinking: Master lean production and Six Sigma methodologies; those with successful improvement project case studies are preferred.

Leadership: Possess the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments, and effectively manage a production team of more than 50 people.

Results-Oriented: Focused on delivery goals, possessing strong resilience and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills: Proficient in two-way communication with senior management and frontline employees to drive the implementation of decisions.
