Responsible

  • 1. Prepare meeting minutes. Track work Check the work of each team, both in terms of Company, Product, and Employee. 2. Liaise with various agencies Solve problems to monitor the progress of work both internally and externally effectively. 3. Supervise and prepare appointment schedules and facilitate management appropriately. No errors 4. Take care of personal information and be able to represent the executive. 5. Prepare information to be presented accurately, completely, and completed within the specified time. 6. Liaise with customers and business partners. As for the management to take care of. 7. Facilitate the implementation of the executive's mission. 8. Follow the executives out of place in Bangkok and other provinces. 9. Support sales and marketing tasks assigned to 10. Have a good attitude and good interpersonal relationships. Good enthusiasm and proactive communication. 5. Ability to negotiate Able to work under pressure. There is a commitment to work to achieve the goal. 6. Able to use a computer and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Word/ Power Point. 7. Good communication in English will be preferred. 8. Experience in sales/marketing support Software or IT projects in the enterprise market will be preferred.
