Customer Sales and Service

Detail

Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 3 position

Location : Bangkok(Khlong Toei)

Salary (Baht) : 14,000 - 20,000

Responsible

In this position you will:
• Provide customer care and sales support via telephone, social media, Line in order
to deliver exceptional service to customer
• Communicate with customers relevant information e.g. payment method, delivery
schedules and product availability
• Process and monitor deliveries, and returns of merchandised goods; take necessary steps to deal with claims and complaints from customers
• Assist with the creation and management of social media contents
• Assist with inbound operation procedure
• Perform any other administrative tasks that may be assigned

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft office and social media

• Must be able to work on shift schedule
