Responsible

- Gather and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements
- Analyze and identify risk and opportunities to improve business process
- Provide solutions that help customer achieve their business’ goals
- Create system requirements specification for new systems and processes
- Help in developing and testing functionality to ensure new system meet user requirement
- Create and/or review manual, procedure and related user documentation
- Act as a liaison between the business and software development team plans
