Responsible

Design an IT solution, make a list of equipment needed
Prepare documents and present solutions to B2B clients (companies, organizations, and government agencies) as an IT Solution Presales
Work with the team on IT Projects, install IT Infrastructure systems (Server, Storage, Network, and other relavant) as an IT implementation System Engineer
Prepare documents summarizing IT Project work and deliver them to clients
Working on IT training related to the accomphished project
Giving advice, consult and support to clients

More qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineer, ICT or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure systems. or hold the position of System Engineering/Administrative
Have knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure systems. In the form of an On-Premise system, both Physical and Virtualize System (Vmware, Hyper-v or others)
Have knowledge and understanding of basic network systems TCP/IP, Switching, VLAN, IT Standard Protocol
Able to design systems/make solutions for IT Infrastructure systems (Server, Storage, Operating System, Network) to meet the needs of clients
Able to present IT Solutions that have been designed to meet the needs of cleints
Experience in installing, using, and maintaining Windows Servers operating systems used for Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/File-Share System
Experience in installing, using, and maintaining software used for backup and DR systems, security protection systems, Mail Server / File Server system
Able to work as a team and overtime (sometimes)
Able to drive a car. and have a driver’s license
Thai Native is a MUST and able to communicate in English will be advantaged
Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud fields are an advantage
Experienced in using the system Infrastructure On-Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure, Huawei Cloud or other Cloud Platfrom will be advantaged
