Work pattern : Contract

Responsible

  • Analyze and gather business and system requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive requirement documentation including Software Requirement Specification (SRS), functional specifications, and screen mockups.
  • Design system architecture and database structures to support business requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), System Flow, Page Flow, and related design artifacts.
  • Create and review database scripts (Create, Alter, Insert, Update) to ensure alignment with system design.
  • Develop detailed Program Specifications and coordinate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support and coordinate system testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist users during UAT and provide post-implementation support and issue analysis.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

More qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fieldsใ
  • At least 3 years of experience in System Analysis role.
  • Strong in gathering requirement and doing flow documentations with proven experience in preparing SRS, Functional Specifications, and other system design documentation.
  • Experience and knowledge in programming language e.g., Java or C#.NET or others.
  • Strong knowledge of database design (PL/SQL or others) and ability to create ERD and write/review SQL scripts (Create, Alter, Insert, Update).
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system testing processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Mature with strong leadership and organization skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • CMMI Experience will be advantaged
