Other work : Contract Period : 5 October 2026 - 18 October 2026 - Support and maintain network switches and Wi-Fi systems. - Shift work (2 shifts) - Each shift is staffed by 2 technicians - 7.30 working hours per day. -1,000 THB per shift

Responsible

• Handle escalated tickets from IT Support (2nd Tier).
• Handle complex technical issues.
• Perform deep root cause analysis.
• Fix system-level or infrastructure problems.
• Develop permanent solutions.
• Work with product vendors or developers.
• Review logs, code, and architecture.
• Implement patches and advanced fixes.
• Support major incident resolution.
• Prepare daily reports and troubleshooting reports.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Engineer, or Wireless Network Engineer.
• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), network infrastructure, network security and monitoring tools.
• Hand-on experience configuring, optimizing WiFi networks with knowledge of RF design and latest 802.11 standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for troubleshooting and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications at least at Associate or Intermediate level.
• Specialization in Aruba WiFi Networks will be given special consideration.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and provide conrteous customer service.
• Proficient in English (communicative level).
