Responsible

  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the SP Operations Team's general administration and activities, including office administration, contracts, on-site equipment preparation, document control and so on.
  • Acts as a sales coordinator who sells and promotes Guardforce Security Personnel services to local prospective clients.
  • Answer queries from clients and provides them initial information, also referring them to proper contact points within at which they can obtain further information.
  • Prepares and disperes mails to the team's internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that the Finance and Accounting Department and Security Personnel Department-invoicing, quotation, account payable and account receivable-are made aware of all adjustments to agreed contracts between clients and the Company.
  • Prepares weekly/monthly reports (Operations' reports, ISO, etc) as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • The position s accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ISO goals and objectives.
  • The position is accoutable for strictly complying with Code of Ethics.
  • The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain EH&S goals and objectives and complying with EH&S policies, applicable rules, procedures and regulations.
