Responsible

Design, develop, and maintain software according to business requirements
Manage assigned projects to completion within deadlines and quality standards
Lead development teams and provide technical guidance to team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX/UI designers and backend developers
Analyze and resolve complex system issues
Review and enhance code quality through code reviews and testing
Plan and implement system architecture improvements to enhance performance
Create and maintain documentation related to projects and development processes
Adhere to and promote the use of industry standards and best practices in development
Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the software industry
