Responsible

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Inspect products before delivery
• Handle customer phone calls, emails, and Line messages in both Thai and English
• Communicate and coordinate with the team
• Schedule employees’ daily tasks
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Able to design visuals using Canva (Only 1-2times / month)
