Responsible

• Plans and client engagement schedules for Key Accounts to achieve company revenue targets.
• Analyze B2B client needs and propose tailored solutions or new products that align with their business objectives.
• Design compelling product presentations to highlight unique selling points, persuading clients to adopt or switch to the company’s products.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with C-level executives and procurement departments of key accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to continuously refine sales strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams, production units, or Chinese suppliers to ensure product delivery and services meet quality standards.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B) Management experience is highly preferred.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating success in launching new products or expanding into new market segments.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) at a business level (HSK 5-6). Must be able to conduct business negotiations and deliver professional presentations fluently in Chinese.
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term strategic plans.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate product features into "Value Propositions" for the client.
• High flexibility with the ability to work under pressure and handle real-time problem-solving effectively.
• Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with decisive judgment and the ability to motivate team members and stakeholders.
