Responsible

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications to confirm project compliance.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize piping layouts, materials, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, and local regulations).
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections, and verify workmanship quality.
• Implement quality control and safety procedures to ensure system integrity.
• Support scheduling, cost control, and project reporting related to piping scope.
• Diagnose and resolve piping system issues (e.g., leaks, blockages, pressure problems).
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide technical support to construction teams and client representatives.
• Develop maintenance guidelines to minimize downtime and extend system life cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Piping, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping construction, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials, welding techniques, installation methods, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with project execution in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards (ASME, ANSI, API, OSHA, and local codes).
• Skilled in project documentation, reporting, and use of project management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Safety awareness and knowledge of HSE standards in construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or piping software is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
