Responsible

• Daily Monitoring: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure safety compliance.
• Safety Briefings: Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks with site personnel.
• Hazard Identification: Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on site.
• Incident Support: Assist in the investigation of safety incidents and implementation of corrective actions.
• Safety Records: Maintain safety documentation and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard.
