Other work : ???? Job Description We’re hiring a Vehicle Service Reporter—someone detail-focused, fast-moving, and passionate with cars, and passionate about taking photos and sharing updates.

Think of this job like being the

Responsible

• Vehicle Check-In: Take clear, detailed photos of every vehicle upon arrival
• Document scratches, dents, or any pre-existing conditions
• Fill in Vehicle check-in form and log it into cloud drive.
• Live Customer Updates: Immediately notify customers when their car arrives—especially via slidetruck transport
• Send photos/videos to confirm safe arrival Respond to messages quickly and professionally
• Share real-time updates on car progress with images Chat with customers to update them on progress (text + photos)
• Answer customer questions with accurate info Report where the car is parked, how it’s stored overnight, etc.
• Parts Arrival Notification: When Porsche parts arrive (in just 3–5 days, not weeks), notify customers instantly
• Emphasize our speed as a key brand strength Include photos of the parts and explain the next steps
• Repair & Process Documentation: Photograph every major step of the service Include replaced parts, installation work, and cleanliness of the car Organize all photos into our system
• Create a Log for all cars, just like a hospital, we must keep record of everything that’s done to the car, and we must be able to come back to the record to see the record as this is used for future diagnosis. Such as the aircond is smelly but in the log, we have changed the filter before, therefore we could diagnose it into some other problem etc.
• Keep detailed photo logs of all work done
• Take photos of replaced parts and important service steps , we must have evidence of all parts that has been changed. Upload and label all photos in our system
• Vehicle Care Reporting: Take photos of where the car is stored (under cover, safe area, etc.) Document cleaning, detailing, and protection
• Post-Service: Take final photos before handover Help prepare documents related to service history

• Has a good eye for detail, angles, and lighting
• Speaks and writes basic English and Thai Responds fast and communicates clearly with customers
• Comfortable using a phone camera, editing apps, chat tools, and basic admin
• Experience in automotive, media, or service writing is a bonus
• Bonus points if you can edit videos, photos, and be an MC on screen when video-graphing to explain to customers!
• Bonus points 2: Work with marketing for producing videos, photos. Etc.
