Other work : Working days: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Responsible

• Manage and develop key accounts, including 5-star hotels and premium restaurants
• Plan, coordinate, and execute wine dinners, wine tastings, and promotional wine events
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers such as F&B Directors, Beverage Managers, Sommeliers, and Restaurant Owners
• Represent the company and its wine portfolio professionally as a brand ambassador
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations while monitoring stock levels, following up on re-orders, and ensuring product availability.
• Prepare and manage documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate internally with import, logistics, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or key account management (experience in wine, spirits, hospitality, or HoReCa is highly preferred)
• Strong interest and passion in wine industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in organizing or supporting events is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, Chinese, or Italian is highly preferred)
• WSET Level 2 or Level 3, or other recognized wine certifications, is highly preferred.
