Responsible

• Provide after-sales technical support for EV charging stations and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Assist with on-site maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

More qualification

• Thai nationality; open to all genders and age groups.
• Educational background: High school (M.6), vocational certificate (Vocational/Diploma), or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintaining and servicing EV chargers or energy storage systems (ESS).
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
