Responsible

Develop and Maintain Reporting Systems: Collect data from various departments, analyze trends, and design comprehensive reports and dashboards to support the operational and strategic decision-making of executives and teams.
Manage and Analyze Data: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data. Perform data management tasks, including handling large datasets, and present information in an easily understandable format
Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support on the MIS to internal users, addressing queries and facilitating effective system utilization.
System Maintenance and Process Improvement: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the MIS. Propose and help implement improvements to operational processes by leveraging data and technology to enhance efficiency.

More qualification

25 - 30 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in MIS, data systems, or foundational data analysis.
Foundational understanding of database systems and SQL query writing.
Experience in Report Design and development will be a distinct advantage.
Possesses a growth mindset, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills for addressing ad-hoc challenges.
Proactive and eager to learn about new technologies.
Good English communication skills are highly preferred.
