ความรับผิดชอบหลัก ( Key Responsibilities )
A : การปฏิบัติงาน
1. จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานติดตั้ง และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา, ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมงานขาย ผู้ผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์และลูกค้า, ตรวจสอบสภาพพื้นที่ติดตั้งหน้างาน โดยประสานงานกับลูกค้าหรือบริษัทที่ปรึกษา
2. ปรับปรุงและจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานติดตั้งล่าสุด จัดเตรียมวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการติดตั้ง และแจกจ่ายงานให้กับ Foreman
3. แจ้งกำหนดการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ลูกค้าหรือผู้ควบคุมโครงการทราบ, ควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานติดตั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพ ได้ตามมาตรฐาน และสำเร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนด, รายงานความคืบหน้าผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาและลูกค้าทราบ
4. ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการงานติดตั้ง เพื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารในการส่งมอบงานให้กับลูกค้า เช่น คู่มือการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์, ใบตรวจสอบการทดสอบระบบ, ใบส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นต้น
5. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อนัดหมายวันเวลาในการส่งมอบงาน และสอนวิธีการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
6. ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด

7. บริหารงาน ควบคุม กำกับการบริหารจัดการภายในฝ่ายงาน/ส่วนงาน เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน, ติดตามการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
8. บริหารค่าใช้จ่ายและงบประมาณที่ได้รับให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องตามเป้าหมาย และอยู่ภายในงบประมาณที่กำหนดไว้
