2.การตรวจเช็ค เฝ้าระวัง การทำงานของระบบไฟฟ้า ตั้งแต่ไฟฟ้าแรงสูง จนถึงไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ
3.การตรวจสอบแก้ไขระบบแสงสว่างภายในและนอกอาคาร เพื่อให้ระบบไฟฟ้าทำงานเป็นปกติและสม่ำเสมอ
4.การจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อเบิกอะไหล่
