Execute the creation, modification, and deletion of Master Data objects in SAP (e.g., Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, and Bank Master).

Review and validate incoming requests for completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation.

Ensure all data requests strictly adhere to the defined DMO Matrix approval hierarchy before execution.

Perform bulk data uploads and updates using tools such as LSMW, SAP VB Script, or manual entry depending on the task complexity.

Conduct post-update validation to ensure data consistency and prevent downstream business process disruptions.

Identify opportunities to streamline data entry through automation and logic-based workflows.

Perform comprehensive Quarterly Audit Checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or obsolete records.

Generate and extract Master Data reports from SAP for end-users to support business analysis and operational needs.

Maintain clear logs of data changes to support internal and external audit requirements.

Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields

Experience: Proven experience in SAP Master Data management or as an SAP Key User.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in LSMW, SAP Scripting, and Excel.

Competencies: Strong logical thinking, high attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how Master Data impacts overall ERP processes.

Integrity: Ability to act as a "Gatekeeper" to ensure data quality and policy compliance.
