Handle complex technical issues.

Perform deep root cause analysis.

Fix system-level or infrastructure problems.

Develop permanent solutions.

Work with product vendors or developers.

Review logs, code, and architecture.

Implement patches and advanced fixes.

Support major incident resolution.

Prepare daily reports and troubleshooting reports.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Engineer, or Wireless Network Engineer.

Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), network infrastructure, network security and monitoring tools.

Hand-on experience configuring, optimizing WiFi networks with knowledge of RF design and latest 802.11 standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for troubleshooting and collaborating with stakeholders.

Relevant certifications at least at Associate or Intermediate level.

Specialization in Aruba WiFi Networks will be given special consideration.

Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and provide conrteous customer service.

Proficient in English (communicative level).
