หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Administers the company office staff's recruitment process & procedures; identifying hiring needs, sourcing, screening, selecting, continuously looking for ways to improve them, and ensure that the recruitment process & procedures is able to support the company business needs and brand image effectively,
In consultation with the HR Director, develop, plan, and implement the company recruitment strategies, plan, and budget, to ensure that all job vacancies can be promptly filled within the Time-to-Fill Target, and with qualified and best fit candidates,
Partners with hiring manager/business leader to understand their position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communication throughout the recruitment & selection process. Performs the search according to the established position requirements, company policy & procedures, right sourcing strategies, channels, to ensure the talented/qualified candidates had been acquired,
Develops, reviews, implements, and communicates effectively when required on the compensation & benefits policies, procedures, guidelines, etc.,
Being responsible for company manpower costs/expenses, annual salary review or off-cycle, bonus payment, promotion process & procedures, performance management process & procedures,
Partners with departmental/business unit heads to support internal as well as customers audits as related to compensation, benefits, welfares subjects,
Works with different government offices to ensure the company is fully compliance, in the meantime, the employees get their full benefits in accordance with these legislation; Social Security Fund, Workmen Compensation Fund, Provident Fund, etc.,
Ensures that the employees’ data in the HRIS and others, if there is, are accurate, up-to-date, secure, well-maintained and in compliance with the company policies (locally, globally), procedures, code of conduct, PDPA, government legislations, etc.,
Works closely with the Payroll Manager/Team to ensure that the employees’ data are correct and up-to-date, accordingly, paying the employees correctly and on timely manner,
Responsible for human resources projects as assigned to for Thailand operations.
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or others as related
At least 7 years working experience in the same or similar role, preferable from international company or manufacturing working environment
Through knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Methodologies and Best Practices, Labor Laws, Workmen Compensation & Social Security Regulations, Personal Income Taxation, Government Guidelines, etc.
High Responsibility, Reliability, and Service-Minded Person,
Proactive, Take Ownership, Be Accountable, and Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skills,
Good Command of Written and Spoken English, and Computer Literacy in particular for Microsoft Excel.
