หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Communicate and coordinate with clients. Answer inquiries, provide information about renovation services, ask relevant questions to understand client requirements, and schedule on-site inspections or cost assessments.
Analyze client needs and project feasibility. Review floor plans or room layouts provided by clients, assess feasibility, propose renovation solutions, and provide initial recommendations on suitable materials, pricing, and timelines.
Prepare quotations. Estimate renovation costs based on the project scope, coordinate with the technical or estimation team for accuracy, send quotations to clients, and clearly explain all details.
Close deals and follow up. Follow up with clients after sending quotations, clarify project terms such as budget and timeline, arrange contract signing, and actively close sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships (after-sales service). Provide after-sales support, answer questions, resolve basic issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage referrals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Renovation, Construction, Interior Design, or related fields.
Experience in handling clients from initial inquiry, site inspection, quotation, to closing deals is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of renovation, construction, or interior works.
Ability to read and understand floor plans or room layouts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Able to explain project details, materials, pricing, and timelines clearly to clients.
Detail-oriented with experience in preparing and reviewing quotations.
Able to work closely with technical, estimation, and site teams.
Strong service mind and commitment to after-sales customer support.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Good command of Thai; English communication skills are a plus.**
Able to travel to on-site inspections when required.
