Design and develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and Power Automate

Build low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Pages) to support HR processes

Design, develop, and maintain system integrations (e.g., APIs, SAP, and other HR systems)

Write, review, and debug code for both new and existing applications

Design solution architecture and define end-to-end data flows

Provide support and troubleshoot production incidents to ensure system reliability

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and architecture designs

Act as a technical advisor to Business Analysts (BA), enhancing their technical understanding and capabilities

Contribute to improving internal technical standards and best practices

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in IT, software development, or related roles

Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, DAX)

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, SSO, and system infrastructure

Hands-on experience with automation platforms and workflow development

Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations across multiple platforms

Experience in developing low-code applications

Ability to independently design system architecture and technical solutions

Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments

Experience in managing or contributing to system development projects

Prior experience in HR system development is a plus

Good command of English communication
