Troubleshoot technical issues related to IT systems and provide support to users in the factory.

Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.

Manage data security and protect against cyber threats such as viruses and internet attacks.

Collaborate with central IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve systems.

Document installations, changes, and maintenance of IT systems.

Analyze and improve IT infrastructure efficiency to meet factory needs.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 3

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Male Age 26-35 years.

Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN).

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.

At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, networking, and server maintenance
