Responsible

- Handle monthly closing for full sets of accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL). - Issue Invoice, Tax Invoice & Receipts, Delivery Note, Withholding tax Cert. and other documents needed within customer’s timeline - Review expenses and prepare payment to supplier/vendor, advance employee and wage for temporary staff - Prepare VAT & withholding tax report and also submit to revenue department within timeline - Bank Reconciliation and prepare details of all BS accounts - Fix assets management - Plan payment/collection in term of proper timeline and update cash flow into global system (OCRA) - Cash collection and follow up accounting documents when needed - Inventory recorded into accounting system and prepare inventory reports for management team - Perform other essential duties as assigned by supervisor or/and manager

Knowledge and competence qualifications

- Female age not over 35 - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 3-5 years experience in accounting/finance role - Be accurate and detail oriented - Well- organized payment schedule, issuing documents, and so on. - Good in: interpersonal skill, team player, willing to learn new things, positive attitude, high responsibility and be flexible - Good command of written and spoken English - Good computer skills (MS Office & MS EXCEL) - Experience working with NAVISION system is a plus
