หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Regional Aftersales Management Supervise and support all nationwide aftersales teams in achieving service KPIs (e g., retention, throughput, labor utilization). Conduct regular field visits to dealers to monitor service standards, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues. Work closely with dealer service managers to implement corporate policies and service improvement initiatives. Ensure consistent service representation and capability across all nationwide dealers.

Technical Training & Warranty Management Oversee the development and delivery of technical training programs for dealer personnel, ensuring up-date knowledge on new models, and Manage technical certification programs and skill evaluations. Control and audit warranty claim processes to ensure cost control, compliance, and fraud prevention. Coordinate with RHQ technical teams on field issues, service campaigns, and product quality feedback.

Service Operations & Standards Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service operations across the network. Lead the development of service programs (e.g., maintenance packages, express service, mobile service). Monitor workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Drive digitalization and system enhancements for service process improvement (e g, appointment systems, DMS integration).

Reporting & Business Planning Analyze and report aftersales KPls regularly to management. Prepare department budgets and manage expenses within targets. Develop strategic plans for continuous improvement and customer aftersales Align aftersales goals with corporate objectives and support cross-functional collaboration.

Spare Parts & Logistics Oversee national spare parts supply chain, including forecasting inventory management, ordering, warehousing, and distribution. Monitor parts availability, fill rate, and order fulfillment lead times to support dealer operations. Optimize logistics processes and systems to reduce downtime and cost. Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce obsolescence.
