Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand their needs and analyze system requirements and design specifications for middleware that serves as a critical bridge between different systems and applications.

Lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in backend development and systems analysis.

Strong experience with enterprise-level application integration and middleware development.

Familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Proficiency in MongoDB (database design, queries, optimization, performance tuning)

Understanding of fraud detection software (machine learning models, configuration, integration)

Knowledge of Kafka (architecture, message streaming, data pipeline management)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing applications

Ability to determine hardware requirements based on project needs and load

Data analysis and generating actionable insights

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience in gathering and documenting system requirements

Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and presentations

Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs, other integration techniques)

Knowledge of workflow automation and orchestration tools

Understanding of data security practices and compliance requirements

Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOC2, PCIDSS) (nice to have, not mandatory)
