หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Act as the first point of contact (1st contact HR) for all management and employees across the organization

Provide employee relations advisory and support to line managers on matters including performance management, attendance/absence, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

Ensure the correct and consistent application of compensation & benefits systems, benefit regulations, and salary review processes; participate in the design or enhancement of C&B models/components as required by business needs

Manage employee performance and disciplinary issues in a professional and legally compliant manner, in coordination with local labor law experts or external agencies

Manage and/or participate in HR and business-related projects to support organizational priorities and business objectives

Support the direct HR supervisor in relation to the Company’s Crisis Management Plan and related HR actions

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 10ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of Thailand Labor Law, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) management, salary structure, and annual salary review processes

Experience in managing or participating in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Good command of Thai and English, both written and verbal

Experience in Crisis Management or Change Management will be an advantage
