1. Pricing & Order Management
Weekly price calculation and management using Excel
Communicating finalized prices to clients by customer (KakaoTalk, email)
Receiving, organizing, and managing customer orders
Sharing order details internally with operations and logistics teams
2. Packing Materials & Inventory Management
Managing inventory of boxes, stickers, dividers, straps, and treatment materials
Estimating required quantities based on shipment volume
Ensuring packing materials are prepared according to shipment schedules
3. Export & Logistics Operations
Coordinating flight schedules for fresh fruit shipments
Managing daily operations including harvesting, sorting, packing, and shipment preparation
Communicating with quarantine officers and handling inspection procedures
Confirming shipment completion and departure
Updating brokers and logistics partners, including Korean warehouses Monitoring and updating customs clearance status in Korea
4. Client & Project Progress Management
Tracking shipment and transaction progress by client Providing timely updates to Korean buyers regarding shipment, clearance, and delivery Handling operational issues and coordinating solutions across teams
5. Payment & Financial Management
Managing payment records by client Monitoring outstanding balances and incoming payments Organizing monthly sales, purchases, and operating expenses (rent, internet, utilities, etc.) Supporting issuance of monthly tax invoices via Korea’s Hometax system

Experience in export/import or international trade
Background in fresh fruits, food products, or agricultural commodities
Understanding of Korean customs clearance procedures
Experience with basic accounting, settlement, or payment tracking
Familiarity with KakaoTalk business communication
Ability to drive and willingness to travel locally for operational tasks (preferred)
Fluency in Korean, English, and Thai (spoken and written)
Strong Excel skills for pricing, inventory, and financial tracking
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Clear, professional communication with Korean clients and partners
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
Basic understanding of logistics, export operations, or fresh food supply chains
Managing issue logs related to customs delays, inspections, or quality claims
Maintaining standard templates, reports, and operational checklists
Preparing weekly and monthly operational and sales summaries
Strong Excel skills for pricing, inventory, and financial tracking Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Clear, professional communication with Korean clients and partners High level of responsibility, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
