Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to support dealership operations Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services

Coordinate with internal departments to understand and plan purchasing requirements

Support both sales and after-sales departments to ensure operational readiness

Monitor usage trends and adjust purchasing plans accordingly

Source, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers and service provider

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements

Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and service quality

Resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues with vendors

Monitor purchasing expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels

Prepare regular purchasing and cost analysis reports for management

Support planning aligned with business activities and service demand

Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies, approval procedures, and internal controls

Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately

Maintain proper documentation for audit and financial purposes

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with supervisory experience

Experience in automotive, dealership, or service-oriented business is an advantage

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Good knowledge of cost control and inventory coordination

Familiar with ERP, DMS, or purchasing systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting

Good command of English is a plus
