Provide first-line support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to WMS.

Assist in user training and onboarding for WMS functionalities.

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of WMS.

Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks for the application.

Respond promptly to user queries and issues.

Provide technical assistance and guidance to warehouse staff.

Log, track, and resolve incidents related to WMS and warehouse hardware.

Review and reconcile service fees associated with incident tickets from the WMS provider, verifying accuracy of charges (such as extra fees beyond standard maintenance agreements).

Coordinate with the finance or procurement department to validate and approve ticket-based charges, ensuring alignment with budget and contractual terms.

Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Participate in projects aimed at enhancing warehouse operations and support systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience 3 years in application support, preferably in warehouse or logistics environments.

Hands-on experience with WMS systems and related hardware.

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and familiarity with system configurations, troubleshooting, and user support.

Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and managing database data. Ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Proficiency in WMS software and other warehouse management tools

Knowledge of hardware setup and maintenance, including barcode scanners, printers, and handheld devices.
