Direct report to Marketing Leader

Be responsible for initiating marketing communication, branding and media strategies for both internal and external communication as well as execute the action plan in order to achieve business objectives

Develop and implement of marketing communication, and plans for Mana Product

To develop plan & budget control of media plan to reach efficient awareness

Ensure all marketing assets are aligned to brand standard guidelines, delivered on time and to the highest quality

Plan, manage and control the company's always on contents and ads, including key visual, copywriting and VDO materials in all social media platforms

Working closely with Creative in house and media agencies for both online and offline platforms

Responsible for development of media both In - Store, Out Of Home and Online materials as well as on ground activities

Manages relationships with business partners, negotiates win-win partnerships media

Track and report progress of marketing ROI and performance

Any other ad-hoc projects or other related assignments

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications and Digital Marketing or related field

Minimum 5 year experiences in Marketing, Branding and PR fields

Have an in-depth knowledge of Retail Marketing, brand development ,multichannel and marketing models

Responsible, self-motivated, flexible, able to coordinate with marketing activities, work fast with high quality

Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic thinking & planning, presenting, interpersonal, time-management, and creativity skills

High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
