Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications with Sprint framework in terms of security and performance, and adhere to industry best practices for backend development.

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.

Handle large data sets with distributed systems and able to work on mission-critical applications.

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code to improve an existing Java API service with many new features that will be better in the new version.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Understand the SDLC and Agile processes, Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, PVT, Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD, Microservices

Cooperate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)

Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns

1-2 years of experience in management level
